A fantastic cover by two great artists with an interesting story behind it! In this Elseworlds tale, Barry Allen is paralyzed while stopping the bullet meant to kill President Kennedy and ends up using his super-speed intelligence to lead humanity into an advanced future. While the imagery and story of the interior still explicitly reference the assassination/attempt, the Kennedy estate objected to the cover. The background was redrawn to instead feature Barry, Iris, and Vandal Savage from the advanced future where the story takes place. Both pages are done with ink over standard and blue line pencil on DC Comics art board and are signed by Immonen in the lower margin. Both measure 12" x 17".
