A prelim for a piece originally intended to be a variant cover for the first issue of Grant Morrison and Yannick Paquette's Batman Incorporated #1 in 2010, the final version was eventually released as a limited run print sold at conventions. The finished version of the piece can be seen here. In addition to Kubert's iconic and instantly recognizable rendition of the Dark Knight, we also see the beginnings of the magnificent background Kubert would add- a dizzying mishmash of international architecture and design tying in with Batman's new worldwide scope!
