With the metahuman resistance spread thin, Flash and Chunk are dispatched to Cuba to fight back against the shapeshifting Durlans' schemes- which involved kidnapping and replacing Fidel Castro! A neat page as Flash swaps out the imposter for the real deal in the second panel, forcing him to shapeshift and then bringing him back out on stage to reveal to the press.
