After losing his powers during the Invasion! crossover, Wally's attempt to get them back caused him to uncontrollably speed away, leaving a trail of damage across the Northeastern US! Now, it's up to Tina, Jerry (formerly known as Speed Demon!), and Mason to track him down. But as they follow, it becomes unclear if they will find Wally or a corpse at the end of the road.
