Hardcover without dust jacket, as issued. Publisher's full green cloth shows minor rubbing to extremities with corners showing. Front hinge is soft with a 5% split, rear hinge is split 10%. Slight water staining and spotting to page edges, text not affected. Covers were not bound in with the issues.
