    Coinciding with Batgirl's big screen debut in Batman & Robin, this one shot took place early in Barbara's career and told the story of her first encounter with the Joker- which has gone horrifyingly awry. After accidentally killing a thug attempting to take a family hostage and being knocked out by the Joker, Batgirl attempts to lead the only other survivor of the attack to safety. Signed by Kesel in lower margin. Pencil and ink on DC Comics art board. 11" x 17".
