After the bomb was detonated, he began an assault on the nation of Kakisita, stopped only due to the Surfer's intervention. With the herald on herald action concluded, the military scientist who designed the weapon and ordered the test appears to take responsibility- which could potentially be deadly! Cowan and Floyd sell this moment perfectly, leaving readers in suspense until panel four where it's revealed that the scientist still lives. Pencil and ink on Marvel Comics art board 11" X 17 1/4".
