DOOM! A great page from this miniseries that 'remixed' the classic FF storyline where Doom stole the Power Cosmic from Silver Surfer. Here we see the souped up Doom confronting the FF in their hometown of New York. Having already dispatched the Human Torch, Doom faces the The Thing and simply...snaps his arm off. It's a simple scene which in many ways enhances the horror of what Doom does. Velluto and Geiger are a great team, filling the page with a liveliness and sense of motion. Signed by Velluto in lower right. Pencil and ink on Marvel Comics art board. 11" x 17 1/4".
