Barry Allen has seemingly returned from the dead with a brutal new attitude and a taste for the spotlight which doesn't sit right with the rest of the DCU's Speedsters. With Wally depressed and out of the game thanks to a talk with "Barry", it's up to Jay Garrick, Max Mercury, and Johnny Quick to knock some sense into their former ally.
