When his rare quarter is flattened by a steamroller, he takes Donald and the nephews to the bottom of the ocean to get another. But they are captured by the fish-like citizens of Atlantis, who want to keep their underwater city a secret. In another story, Scrooge joins native boys who dive for pennies.
