In the third appearance (and third origin story) of Super Goof, Goofy discovers that the peanuts in his garden give him temporary superpowers. He uses them to protect Clarabelle Cow from a group of thieves when she visits the country of Zanzipar. (Different versions of Super Goof appeared previously in Phantom Blot (1965) #2 and Donald Duck (1952-1980 Dell/Gold Key/Whitman/Gladstone) #102.) When the Beagle Boys scheme to steal animals from the zoo, Super Goof is on the case. Super Goof buys a surfboard, because he heard there's a crime wave.
