Comic book version of a short-lived 1971 syndicated TV series produced by Ivan Tors (who also produced "Sea Hunt" and "Flipper") about global underwater troubleshooter Carter Primus, played by Robert Brown. In this issue, Primus becomes trapped between killers and whales while exploring the bay of whales in "Where Killers Meet" and raises a Sheik's wrath in "East of Arden." Scripts by Joe Gill and art by Joe Staton. Issue also has The Human Fish in "Red Tide" text feature. Photo cover. Cover price $0.20.
