The world's richest boy could carry credit cards, but that's not nearly as much fun as cash. In his first appearance, Dr. N-R-G, a mad scientist whose head is a giant lightbulb, hijacks a shipment old money that is being thrown away. When Richie's computer malfunctions, the doctor diagnoses a transistor malfunction and recommends it be sent to the computer hospital.
