A tough-guy detective with a robotic right hand, Sarge Steel is a Cold War hero like they don't make any more. Sarge goes to West Germany to battle Soviet agents, and is targeted by the master-criminal known as Talon. Using his James Bond-like arsenal of gimmicks, Talon hopes to capture Sarge and make him one of his brainwashed killers. But capturing Talon and bringing him to trial are two different things.
