One page gag-strips on inside covers. Front cover features the "The Old Castle's Secret" and the back cover features "The Golden Helmet." Cover price $0.25.

Issue also has a four-page story in which Scrooge runs for treasurer and one-page gag strips. Back cover has a pinup of Scrooge. Cover price $0.25.
