Howdy and Dilly set out to win the prize for capturing the most unusual creature. Howdy and Dilly encounter aliens in a flying cup and saucer, leading to a madcap chase with a group of scientists. The Inspector thinks Phineas T. Bluster was swindled when he bought an old diamond mine. This comic was mentioned in the text of the anti-comics classic Seduction of the Innocent on page 309.
