The cover to Sensational She-Hulk # 14 was supposed to be a Brian Bolland cover that started the four part "Cosmic Squish Principle", but ended up being done by Mark Texeira, so Marvel printed up some promotional Brian Bolland covers with explanations on the inside cover as well as previews of upcoming issues # 15-17. Cover price $1.50.
