Issue #3-1ST
Published Jul 2002 by CrossGen Comics.$2.65
Volume 3 - 1st printing. Collects The First (2000) #13-14, Mystic (2000 CrossGen) #18-19, Sigil (2000) #19-20, and Scion (2000) #18-20. Edge has gotten even beefier. But don't worry - it's still kept its fine good looks, thanks to fantastic artists like Butch Guice, Mike Perkins, and Laura DePuy, the art team responsible for the fourth installment of Ruse! Edge #3 also carries two chapters each of The First (13 & 14), Mystic (18 & 19), and Sigil (19 & 20). Speaking of Sigil, this volume of Edge presents the first volume of the Saurian mini-series Unnatural Selection. Anchoring this enormously entertaining edition of Edge are chapters 18, 19, and 20 of Scion. Part medieval adventure, part sci-fi epic, Scion is a textbook example of the genre-diversity that is CrossGen's hallmark. The only thing that keeps this book from bursting at the seams is a high-strength cardstock cover built to survive gale-force winds. Softcover, 272 pages, full color. Cover price $9.95.
