The Gotham City Museum is hosting an exhibit dedicated to the many villains who have plagued the city over the decades and the centerpiece is the skull of Hunter Rose, the original Grendel. With mobs of protestors gathered outside, Commissioner Gordon and the GCPD are out to keep the peace- though they might need some assistance if say, an enhanced assassin from the future chooses this moment and place to travel back in time!
