The web-slinger was looking for his Aunt May...but he found Doc Ock instead! As expected, a free-for-all quickly commences between the long-time adversaries. But due to sharp pains in his stomach, Spider-Man has to retreat. However not before Dr. Octopus rips off his mask! When Peter returns to his apartment, his roommate calls for a doctor. And to everybody's surprise, Peter is diagnosed with an ulcer! Meanwhile, Otto Octavius resumes his plan to take over the New York underworld. But there's a new crime boss in town who also wants to run New York's rackets! And his name is Hammerhead! Cameo appearances by Randy Robertson, Martha Robertson, Joe Robertson, J. Jonah Jameson, Gwen Stacy, Harry Osborn, Betty Brant, and Ned Leeds. (Notes: John Romita is credited as a co-plotter. This story was reprinted in Marvel Tales #92.) 36 pages. Cover price $0.20.
