Many of the people who worked on Star-Studded Comics, other comic fanzines, other comic-related publications, and who had letters printed in these magazines are pictured here. "Let's Talk It Over!" column notes that the circulation of this issue was 400 copies and has letters from Gary Acord, Steve Perrin, Ed Lahmann, Al Kuhfeld, and Bill Spicer. Comic stories: Powerman in "Riddle of the Runaway Rocket" (script by Howard Keltner, art by D. Bruce Berry), "The Blade" (script and art by Bill "Biljo" White), Dr. Weird in "Satin [sic] Hirelings" (script by Phil Liebfred, pencils by Al Weiss, inks by Scott Bell), Mr. Mystic in "Doom of the Titan Wraith" (text story by Robert Butts with illustrations by Buddy Saunders as "Don Fowler"), "Cyclops" (script and art by Ed Lahmann).
