This was a Civil Defense release that was meant to keep up the communities' awareness about civil defense. Provides warning signals and what they mean. Maps out your community's civil defense plan. And teaches first aid and home emergency preparedness. 32 pages, full color, newsprint, 7-in. x 10-in.

The Otto Nobetter booklet (in conjunction with a short animated film by Ted Eshbaugh and a song by Ruby and Ruth Simmons) were used at local schools to promote awareness of railroad dangers. The booklet itself would have been handed out as a souvenir for students to keep. 5 1/4-in. x 8-in., 16 pages, text with color illustrations.
