This issue is based on the fondly remembered Bob Clampett puppet show/ cartoon, featuring Beany Boy and his friend, Cecil the Seasick Sea Serpent. Beany, Cecil, the Professor, and Uncle Captain try to end a drought on Damp Island. Dishonest John steals Uncle Captain's boat, the Leakin' Lena.
