Reprints of the early comic strip that defined "science fiction" for an entire generation. 20th-century soldier Buck Rogers is revived in the 25th century to have space adventures. Reprints the Buck Rogers Sunday strips from June 14 to Aug. 30, 1936. Reproduced in full color and full size, the Sunday strips (with a different storyline than the daily strip) follow the adventures of Buddy Deering, younger brother of Buck's compadre Wilma Deering. Buck Rogers and Wilma Deering finally show up to rescue Buddy and Alura, only to become caught up themselves in the ongoing conflict between the surface-dwellers and subterraneans. 12.5-in. x 15.75-in., 20 pages, Full Color.
