Softcover, 8 1/2-in. x 11-in., 272 pages, B&W. NOTE: This very rare book had a very short shelf life - just a few hundred copies were printed. DC believed the book violated copyright laws and sued to have the book taken off the shelves; therefore, it is very hard to find. Cover price $16.95.
