Tower (primarily a paperback publisher) added the "Man of High Camp" label apparently to appeal to fans of the "high camp" Batman movie and TV series of 1966. Special agents for the UN agency THUNDER find that Professor Jennings has been murdered by the forces of the mysterious Warlord. The scientist's "Thunderbelt" gives THUNDER Agent Dynamo superhuman strength and invulnerability, but only for thirty minutes at a time. When Dynamo is captured by the beautiful but deadly Iron Maiden, the other superpowered THUNDER Agents, NoMan and Menthor, join forces with the THUNDER Squad to rescue him.
