The official comic book adaptation of the original 1970s science fiction TV series, Battlestar Galactica, written by Roger McKenzie, with art by Ernie Colon; In a distant time and place, a terrible war was waged between man and machine...the humans lost; Now, guided by their last surviving warship - the mighty Battlestar Galactica - a handful of survivors travel through space in search of the lost home of their ancestors, a shining planet known through ancient records, a planet called Earth. Includes an interview with special effects artist John Dykstra and much background information on the Battlestar Galactica universe. The story was reprinted in issues #1-3 of the Battlestar Galactica comic. 48 pgs. Full-color. This first printing is treasury-sized and has the red Spider-Man Marvel logo in the corner.
