Fortunately, Aunt May's condition has stabilized; so the restless web-slinger can leave her side...and find the nearest super-villain to pound! Ironically, the deadly Scorpion is in the vicinity and looking for a good scrap too! At a nearby cement processing plant, both men get their wish! The Amazing Spider-Man vs. the sinister Scorpion! A terrific fight! Cameo appearances by Anna Watson, Ned Leeds, Betty Brant, Joe Robertson, and Mary Jane Watson. Flashback cameo by the Green Goblin (aka Norman Osborn). (Note: The plot crosses over with Marvel Team-Up 33). The Scorpion previously appeared in Captain America 152. The letters page includes Marvel Value Stamp series A #100 Galactus by Jack Kirby.
