And it's definitely not Steve Rogers! Embarrassed by what the imposter has done, Cap calls a press conference at Avengers Mansion! However the meeting with the press goes south in a hurry when the new Super-Patriot and the old Masters of Evil attack! With help from the Avengers, the shield-slinger temporarily diffuses the situation! But Cap's long road to recovery is only just beginning. First appearance of Dead Ringer. Appearances by the Tinkerer, Diamondback, Black Knight, Black Widow, and the Vision. Second feature: Two-page diagram of Captain America's Brooklyn Heights Headquarters by Eliot R. Brown.
