Dekker reveals that his henchmen found the Living Legend floating in the English Channel (after the drone plane exploded) and brought him across the ocean to Newfoundland. Thus, with the truth revealed, Dekker begins the dastardly process of transferring his mind -- and Cap's life force -- into his 12-foot tall creation: the Ameridroid!
