The Visitor easily takes down the merely human assailants, but then the real complications set in. An associate of the thieves has set up a bunch of bombs around the city. He begins to set off a bomb a day, threatening to continue until his comrades are released: "Let them go, or the children will suffer." The Visitor's powers aren't much good against a foe like this, but that doesn't stop The Visitor from intervening.
