Escaped convicts get "The Professor" to help them plan the biggest train robbery in history. Gambler Lucky Eddie makes his own luck, with things like loaded dice and two-headed coins, but he's too sloppy to get away with that for long.     Stories and art by Jack Abel, George Appel, John Sink and Daniel Sheldon. Classic pre-Code crime comics from Fawcett. During Prohibition, the rivalry between the gangs of Knobby Peters and Bull Jackson flares up into a mob war. District Attorney candidate Fred is blackmailed by old crony Muggsy over his criminal past, but he has plans to turn the tables, even if it means murder. Slim and Hickey become black marketers during World War II by ignoring federally imposed quotas and rationing. The character on the cover bears a strong resemblance to the Golden Age Sandman.
