This issue reprints Harvey Comics Library #2, which in turn reprints strips from June 22 - December 13, 1950. Young Sparkle Plenty becomes a TV star, but this attracts unwanted attention from protection racketeer T.V. Wiggles. Vitamin Flintheart alerts Tracy to T.V. Wiggles' threats against Sparkle Plenty. Wiggles scuffles with Tracy and gets away, then plots a terrible revenge against Sparkle Plenty.
