Nightveils old boyfriend seems to have become unhinged by his sudden revival; meanwhile, The Scarlet Scorpion intervenes in a gang war and is attacked by The Terrorist, who was formerly the superhero Black Terror. In the backup story, Dr. Wirtham realizes comic books are part of a ritual to open a dimensional gate. Featuring very early art by Savage Dragon creator and Image Comics mainstay Erik Larsen.
