"When I Was In Germany," by Private Powter McGinness. Written, drawn, and published presumably sometime during the A.E.F.'s 2nd Division's occupation of Germany between 1918 and 1919. Cartoons in a style reminiscent of the cartoonists of the day (Rudolph Dirks and George McManus in particular) that relate in funny one page panels the 2nd Division's experiences during the occupation of Germany after Armistice was declared. Published by Druckerei Hartmann, Coblenz, Germany. 8-3/4" x 5-1/2", B&W.
