Mort Walker's sad-sack soldier returns to comics as part of Harvey Comics' revival in the early 1990s. The series featured reprints of the old Charlton series. Sarge ignores the weather because the general's weather report says it's not raining. Beetle's not very convincing when Sarge tells him to "look busy" during the general's visit.
