The Black Condor was created to have meta-human powers in an experiment conducted by a secret organization...headed by his own ruthless grandfather! That organization's agenda is to bring the world into an elevated, yet despotic future. But the Black Condor prefers to be a part of the present, even if it means being a loner, a fugitive, pursued by the very people who created him...created him to fly! Now the Black Condor has to try to carve out a life for himself in his new hometown of Philadelphia, even as he tries to avoid the two events that could wreck his life: capture by the people who created him to fly...and becoming a super-hero!
