Blackthorne Publishing reprints the original comic-strip adventures of legendary tough cop Dick Tracy and his rogues gallery of freakish enemies. This issue reprints the strips from July 2-14, 1941 and April 6 – May 21, 1949. After the conclusion of the Trigger Doom storyline, the reprints jump ahead eight years. Jewel thief Pear-Shape sets his sights on a hidden fortune, but an obstinate dog stands in his way. The crooks efforts to get rid of the dog only succeed in attracting the attention of Dick Tracy. 32 pages, B&W. Cover price $2.00.

Blackthorne Publishing reprints the original comic-strip adventures of legendary tough cop Dick Tracy and his rogues gallery of freakish enemies. This issue reprints the strips from August - October 1948, featuring the Heels Beals and Big Frost story arcs. Heels Beals manages to escape from Tracy, only to trap himself; racketeer Big Frost decides to curtail Tracys high-tech gadgets by murdering their inventor.
