This issue reprints the strips from October 1948 – January 1949, featuring the conclusion of the Big Frost story arc. The amnesiac girl sheltered by the Plentys soon realizes shes the daughter of Big Frost, whom he tried to have killed, and that sets Tracy on his trail.
