Tracy tracks down The Fifth and Flyface in Hawaii, but during the final confrontation, an offshore earthquake causes a tidal wave. The resulting destruction sweeps over cops and crooks alike, and finally gives Flyface a bath. 32 pages, B&W. Cover price $2.00.
