Bugs Bunny in The Mysterious Buckaroo. Cover by Ralph Heimdahl. Stories and art by Don R. Christensen, John Carey, Fred Abranz and Tony Strobl. Four Color is the collective title for Dell's long, irregularly published series of one-shots. This issue features Bugs Bunny and the other Looney Tunes characters. Bugs tries to save the Western town of Buckskin Flats from badman Yosemite Sam, but after Sam leaves for Hollywood, Buckskin Flats realizes it can't get along without him. This was an early version of Yosemite Sam, before he had his trademark red hair and beard. Bugs tries to help Professor Puddlemaker's rainmaking project. The Mysterious Buckaroo; The Cloud Shooter. 32 pages, Full Color. Cover price $0.10.
