Stories and art by Marty Taras, Larz Bourne and Steve Muffatti. One of the mainstays of Harvey's long-running kids' comics, Little Dot also features Richie Rich and Little Lotta. Little Dot goes to the rodeo with her Uncle Hoot, as artist Steve Muffatti presents Dot in the famous "Harvey World" art style, fully developed in this issue, that would last for another three decades. Richie Rich figures out how to play baseball while keeping up with his dance lessons, in his first appearance. Also making her debut is Little Lotta, whose real name is given as "Charlotte Plump."
