Original price was 50 cents Color cover by George Metzger features Dr. Weird and back cover features Gully Foyle by Stanley Pitt. "Let's Talk It Over!" column notes that the print run of this issue was 500 copies. "From Our Readers" has letters from Harold Julian, Gordon Flagg Jr., and Mickey Schwaberow. Issue also features a column called "Bidgee" by John Ryan which tells of comic related news from Australia and features descriptions and art of a popular Australian comic strip called "Gully Foyle." Stories:Dr. Weird in "Black Rite" Comic story with script by George Metzger and Peter Grant and art by George Metzger and Rick Shubb The Changling in "Scabbard Strikes!" Numbering continues from Jace Pearson of the Texas Rangers (1953-1955 Dell) #9, with Four-Color #648 (in place of issue #10). Western adventure based on a famous TV show starring Willard Parker. Escaped convict Crell gets the drop on Jace and carjacks a passing motorist. But the driver lures Crell into the wilderness with the tale of the Lost Treasure of the Santiagos.
