One of the backup strips in the comic is Charles Schulz's Peanuts; several strips are presented in full color. Lucy explains the "security and happiness" blanket, and Charlie Brown becomes a believer. Baby Linus demonstrates an early mastery of basketball, much to Charlie Brown's disgust. The Captain and the Inspector are pursued by sharks, but luckily Mama and the Kids come along in a blimp. Plus a vintage ad for Silly Putty knock-off Nutty Putty.
