But unfortunately, they are unaware that the doctor tending to Nuklo is the Whizzer's old WWII-era foe: Isbisa! And Isbisa is not going to let Nuklo leave the hospital nursery... dead or alive! So a desperate and violent battle breaks out... with tragic results. Can anyone save the Whizzer from his past? Final appearance of Robert Frank. Cameo appearances by Quicksilver, Crystal, and Luna.
