This one is a spoof of Sam Kieths The Maxx, a book from Image Comics that later became an MTV animated miniseries. The Taxx, an unbalanced accountant from Australia, battles villains who are even more bizarre, poking fun at Wolverine, Lobo, and Frank Millers Sin City along the way. 32 pages, B&W.
