By Fred Van Lente and Steve Ellis. Tranquility, a member of Luna's Security Operations force, has been secretly - and illegally - assisting the Underground Railroad, a subversive organization dedicated to smuggling lunar citizens off the squalid moon colony. When the Railroad gets raided by SecOp, Tranquility and her rambunctious, talking pistol, Rodney, barely manage to evade capture. But, unbeknownst to our heroine, DNA evidence left behind at the UR's headquarters implicates her in the eyes of John Q. Public, head of SecOp. 24 pages, B/W, 6 1/2-in. x 10-in. Cover price $2.50.
