Lillums' parents argue over which college Lillums should attend; Realizing that Lillums will be leaving soon, all the boys fight to spend time with her. Lillums' parents go away on a trip, leaving Aunt Pruny to manage Lillums and a house-full of would-be Romeos. Tired of having Lillums' many boyfriends calling for her at the same time, Aunt Pruny sets up a schedule where each is to call at a specific time. The boys are still on the date schedule; Aunt Pruny meets Pop Jenks. Lillums is preparing to go away to college; Shadow is promoting a romance between Pop Jenks and Aunt Pruny. Lillums makes final arrangements before leaving for college. Everyone is depressed because Lillums has gone off to college. The women are running Moo; A stranger, Eeny from Jerooly, ingratiates herself with Queen Umpa; She plots to depose Umpa and declares herself dictator of Moo; She enlists Oop as an assistant. Evil dictator Eeny tries to trap Oop in his cave with a landslide. Foozy and Oop frighten dictator Eeny and her followers out of Moo, but three of Oop's old enemies show up. After a flood forces all the inhabitants of Moo to higher ground, Oola leads the refugees back to Moo and Guz is crowned King again. With Moo destroyed by the flood, King Guz decides to take the population to visit Sawalla for a while. Ex-dictator Eeny stumbles across "MooToo" and is chased away. The truce between Oop and his former enemies breaks and the latter three are banished from MooToo, leaving just Oop and Foozy. Scripts and art by V. T. Hamlin. 68 pages, full color. Jack refuses to smuggle munitions for Baron Bloodsoe; The Baron decides to have Jack pushed out of a plane without a parachute; The Baron and Teekeela use a deadly gas to kill everyone on a stratosphere airliner--except for Dixie, who he is smitten with. Jack searches for the Baron's hideout with the border patrol. Dixie comes home to find that Cotton, who had eloped with Jack's sister Jill, has left her. Cotton is deserted by the smugglers, but he manages to ride the plane down and survive. Jack returns with the smugglers, but is spurned by Dixie and Jill when they learn he was the one who killed Cotton. While recuperating from the surgery, Jack finds out that Dr. Medic is madly in love with Dixie. Jack takes a job as a test pilot to forget women, but is instantly the target of two women's affection. Smokey gets to be chief for one day. Smokey is supposed to be raking leaves, but decides to take a nap in the pile of leaves. Smokey gives an exploding cigar to a friend and it makes the round until it comes back to him. Fiddling Finnegan practices his awful fiddling at Smokey's firehouse. Smokey's son is supposed to practice the violin, but rigs it up with a clock's pendulum. Smokey decides to go to Texas for a vacation because it's all downhill on the map. Cookie bakes the Chief a birthday cake, but the only "candle" Smokey can find turns out to be a firecracker. Smokey and the Chief hide their clothes in a pile of sand while they go swimming, but the sand turns out to be cement. Scripts and art by Bill Holman. 68 pages, full color. Cover price $0.10.

The law is helpless when Slaughter repeatedly vandalizes Wash's night club. Easy sets a trap for Slaughter, but Slaughter is warned and instead goes to the club where he roughs up Wash and demands the lease for the night club. Jack's plane crashes and he ends up on an island; It happens to be the island in which Powder is engaged to the Chief's daughter. Smilin' Jack is still being mistaken as someone named Powder, and he is forced to marry Boona Goo. Limehouse puts Jack and Fat Stuff in jail and to work in the sulphur mine. Smilin' Jack, Fat Stuff, The Head and The Claw escape from jail, but are eventually caught. Smilin' Jack escapes from prison again, and it looks like he may be rescued.
