    Indicia title is "POPEYE, No. 26." Several untitled Thimble Theatre stories, scripts and art by E. C. Segar. Wimpy double-talks a farmer into giving him a cow. Wimpy shoots a farmer's cow, but Popeye gets the blame. Geezil and Popeye eat at Wimpy's café; Wimpy's cooking methods are a somewhat unorthodox. Wimpy makes Popeye feel guilty when he kills a rabbit to feed to a hungry dog. Popeye gives Wimpy some hamburgers to feed to a hungry dog, but Wimpy eats them himself. Geezil complains about Wimpy's soup, until Wimpy tells Geezil he should be mayor. After Wimpy drops a steak on the floor, Popeye demands a new steak; Wimpy tricks him into taking the original one. Popeye has a nightmare where he is knocked out in a prize fight. Swee'pea's real mother comes to claim him; Swee'pea runs away and with Wimpy's help is re-united with Popeye.
