"More Handsome Than Ever" text story. "A Moment To Live In My Heart"; Gloria's father dies and she gets a factory job to support her mother, sister, and brother; This will delay her wedding to Steve, since she refuses to let him help out; When her sister June graduates, Gloria's brother Butch threatens to quit school and work in a factory. "No Second Time For Love," art by Bill Ely; Peter loses a large sum of money to gambler Charles; his sister Diane agrees to dine with Charles to pay off the debt and save her brother from ruin; Charles, smitten, offers to marry Diane: she rejects him; Peter, insulted, challenges Charles to a duel.
